Use the desktop app for direct control
Its AI workspace checks installed engines and models, shows download progress, loads a model and runs the task test. The model library shows disk usage and removal options. Hardware and test reports open in your browser for review.
The download below contains Windows source and the build script. It requires the .NET 8 SDK on the build computer. The compiled self-contained app does not require the SDK on the end user’s computer.
Test the answer, not just the download.
Copy a harmless task into your model or run it in the desktop app. Review the answer against the checks. This web page does not run an engine or measure speed. These examples check text behavior, not image/audio support, a retrieval pipeline, or real tool execution.
